We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or fail to attend a booked session.


3. Service Issues

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if our services:

  • Are not provided with due care and skill.

  • Are not fit for the purpose you specified.

  • Are not delivered within a reasonable time (when no specific timeframe is agreed).


4. Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a class or service, we will offer you:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no extra cost.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via info@pteconfidencebuilder.com.au with:

  • Your name and contact details.

  • Proof of purchase.

  • Reason for your request.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.


6. Digital Materials

Refunds are not available for downloadable materials once accessed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
